The U15 and U18 teams made the pilgrimage to the Old Spaghetti Factory in New Westminster for some valuable carbo loading and team bonding. In a futile effort to overdose on lacrosse a few boys went to ... yes, another lacrosse game. The New Westminster Salmonbellies were playing a crucial home game against the Coquitlam Adanacs in Junior 'A' indoor lacrosse. Lots of these guys go on play in the NLL as a next step. Perhaps because of their indoor lacrosse and hockey heritage Canadian teams we've played in the past are very physical. Fortunately, they don't get quite as physical as these Junior 'A' guys.
