In a tough match with Mimico, LO finished up 13-11.
Overheard after the game "Wish we could have that first quarter back". LO started slow and watched Mimico pull ahead 4-0 in the first quarter. We went into the 3rd quarter behind by one 6-5.
We chased them pulling up even twice. In the end, Mimico's experience level proved the decisive as the Canadians have played together as a team for some time. This was the LO team's 5th game together.

Great job all! The boys were playing a team apparently full of pride and with quite a history of success - "Mimico has had a long had a reputation for supporting both of Canada's national sports. In hockey, Mimico has developed a number of NHL players; Mimico's lacrosse clubs have been in existence for well over 100 years and has won a number of National Championships."
