Tough loss 11-10 v Canada

Shoot.

Great game, but a goal with a minute left cost us the W.

Canada scored 8 of their 11 goals right on the crease on goal left.
Canada did a bit better than us on the turnovers and faceoffs.

Our clears and goalkeeping were right on. Offense kept us ahead by one most of the second half. Goals came from Haroldson, Anderson, Beall, Fritz, Clayton, Rich, Clayton, Frank, Beall and Pihl.

Officiating was a bit more confused than yesterday as one of the refs was new from Japan.

A few of the calls were reversed.

It was a tough loss; the games here are 20 minute quarters and the boys played with full effort beginning to end. Its challenging just to stand on the sidelines for that long! I don't know how they can get back out there for a second game today. Clayton Frank had one of the most beautiful goals I've ever seen. Looked like he was running to X and he just popped the ball into the goal over his back as he ran by.
